With all events no matter the size we have a standard set of procedures to secure your event date.
On all events a contract is required, the contract outlines key details like payment, performance, equipment, etc. the contract also protects you (the client) and us (the company) from any legal disputes that may arise.
On any services a deposit is required to reserve your date, the deposit minimum is currently $100 and deposits on services are non refundable.
We accept many forms of payment including cash, check, credit, debit, bitcoin, and more. Credit, debit, bitcoin may incur an additional fee because of the cost associated with processing those forms of payment.
On rentals the payment for the equipment is due upon pickup of the equipment, an additional fee may be requested as a refundable deposit based on the equipment you rent.
